Waypoint

Terms of service

Last updated 7 November 2026

These terms apply to your use of Waypoint at wayp.one (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. "We" means the operator of the service.

The service

Waypoint lets you create short links and go-links, group them into collections, and see click statistics. The service is provided free of charge, within the limits of your workspace's plan, and may change over time.

Your account

  • You must give a real email address you control and keep your sign-in methods secure.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, your workspaces and your API keys.
  • You may delete your account at any time from the account page. Deleting it removes the workspaces you alone own.
  • While a link is under abuse review, deleting that link, its workspace or its custom domain can't be completed until the review ends, except by deleting your account, and the link's address and destinations can't be changed.

Your content

You keep ownership of the links, titles, descriptions and collections you create. You give us permission to store them and to serve them as you configure, including redirecting visitors and showing public collections you choose to share. You are responsible for the destinations your links point to.

Acceptable use

You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may block links, suspend workspaces or close accounts that break it, with or without notice when the harm is serious or urgent.

Availability and changes

We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Limits such as the number of links, members, custom domains and API keys apply, and we may change them. We may change or stop parts of the service, and we will try to give notice of changes that affect you.

No warranty and limited liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months, which for a free account is zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending these terms

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the acceptable use policy, or if we must by law. Sections that by their nature should continue to apply will do so.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
